Even after giving all the documents, it turned out they forgot to file one of my tax returns. Few months later I got a mail from IRS with additional penalty. When asked about it, I was said they'll offer me a 10% discount in the next filing (not even taking responsibility for the mistake and covering the penalty charges). I'll never file with them again.

Vasu is a great resource to work , he made sure that all my documents are provided , and also analyzed and compared my current year documents with previous year . Well explained why I am not getting federal tax refund in 2025 and also recommended what I have to do to increase my federal withholds . Great job Vasu.
