Went 2 years ago through Groupon and she only showed up for first appointment. I had to go through a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. It took 4 months and I had to provide proof of incompetence. Then I started to check BBB reviews. Turns out she has opened and closed under multiple names due to complaints. She even made news 8 several years ago. Stay away!

She deserves NO stars. The lady is a fraud!..I have been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 moths or so, when she did email me she said to call the number, I did and no answer. I kept calling her day after day until I finally got a hold of her, She said if she could call me back in an hour. Hours passed and nothing. It has been over three weeks and now the voucher is no good. She needs to be reported to the Better Business Review, I am definitely going to do that. I am in the process of trying to get a refund back ... read more

I strongly advise not to waste your time or money on this facility which clearly does not understand basic customer service. I have spent over 1.5 months attempting to contact this Spa by phone, text, email and its online booking system. No one picks up or calls back. I chased up attempting to confirm an appointment which ultimately was never confirmed. I am disappointed that Groupon does not have any sort of quality control/checks.
