This company does not care about it's customers like it used to. Shipping is completely off the charts and so very expensive. Their products are very expensive and not well made. We will be looking for a new source. So very disappointed with this company.

I love this company!! I love the products !! But....... As a "small" retailer who works with a multitude of suppliers and wholesalers for our products, I have to give them 3 stars because as of the last year I had to cancel one order because ALMOST ALL of the products I wanted were no longer available !!! Even though we had placed the order a couple weeks ahead of time, no one bothered to contact us to let us know the items were out of stock. Contrary to what is depicted on their website, their inventory is extremely low quality and overpriced to the point that I don;t believe that I can even sell their product for more than half of what I paid for it. I brought the issue up with their customer service department, citing that their wholesale prices were outrageously high given the shoddy quality of their products ("Native American" crafts made with nylon rope, surgical tubing, and gold paint to give one example...), and was told that I would have to ship the pro... read more
