Today we went to buy blanket in this shop. we request to salesperson to show the blanket before buy it. That shop owner which was salesperson too, he says no pay first and then you can see. I don’t think we have to pay before see the any product. Worst customer service and very rude behaviour. Not recommended for anyone. Very very rude he said I am not selling to you. So rude and aggressive owner. Very poor customer service and no any respect for customer. I was so terrible experience with this shop.
The salesperson was rude in front of the customer, which I disliked about their business.
This shop is terrible! They refuse refunds or exchanges. They overcharge customers, so it's best to avoid this place.
Terrible service incorrect info given on products sold- and i phoned ahead to specifically ask!! wasted my time. Scheisters
