Extremely poor costumer service. I initially made contact 5 months ago in an attempt to see if I was eligible for SSI disability. I was not given much instruction on filing paperwork and thought I was going to have help-I started trying to contact someone to ask a few questions-I have called many times. I am told I have a case worker but she is Always Busy-I have been told she will call me back- It hasn't happened yet-
