I’ve been to a few massage places around Queanbeyan and Kaosun is easily the best. The therapists know exactly what they’re doing and I always leave feeling pain-free and relaxed.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I called several times before booking to confirm if they accept private health funds, and was repeatedly told “yes, yes.” However, when I arrived for my appointment and presented my health fund card, a staff member rudely opened the door and told me to go somewhere else. The staff were very disrespectful and dismissive. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting honest communication and basic courtesy.
A great professional massage today and I've been here many times now , felt great thanks I will be back .
