That is not possible with the people who make promises and then don't keep them.
Worst customer service I have ever received. I’m still speechless about how terribly they handled my situation. I would never recommend this company to anybody, and I will never purchase something again from this company. If I could give negative stars, I would.
RecommendedVector is an amazing company! I sent in my lighter for warranty but they said my lighter was too old and the warranty was only for 5 years which is not valid now. Andrew Tam contacted me and offered to sale me a new lighter for a discount. Thank You!!!!! Andrew was a Stand up guy and even looked at my lighter to see if maybe they had parts by chance. Andrew, thank you for going the extra mile!!!!! Not sure if they still give stars or not. If they do (5 Stars)
Poor quality I compare it to Coleman butane sucks paid 12$ for it figured the more expensive the better thumbs down
I have only been a customer of vector for less than a year but I am beyond satisfied with the customer service they provide. My often interact with Chris Martin whom is absolutely phenomenal. All my orders are correct and shipping is fast. I plan on doing business with them indefinitely. Thanks so much for being so awesome.
I sent two Vector lighters for repair as they failed to strike. I'm so impressed with the speed of the repair, warranty and a product I am completely impressed by. One lighter I kept the receipt, but even though the second one, first purchased did not have a receipt, you repaired it. I wanted to thank you for being a reputable company and providing such excellent service. I knew I liked your lighters before, but now I love them as I can count on having one for life!
