I went to buy a tux for my son for prom and the young man who helped us, David K., had awesome customer service and was extremely patient with us. He was well versed in style & sizes and also had great advise for my son. Thank you David! You made this experience easier for us.
I bought two suits, that needed alterations. They were promised to me by 5pm.. Neither one was ready. I was told I would have to wait untill next Tuesday, even though the ticket said 5pm. The tailor was rude and dismissive (Not the owner of the tailor business, but his associate) He wouldn't give me his name, But he spoke with an African accent! I will never shop at this location again, and would certainly NEVER recommend anyone to go there!
