Went to the K&G store in Dedham. Definitely my first and last time with K&G stores. Can’t believe my wife bought a dress and the plastic garment bag identical to ones that dry cleaners use and they charged us $4.99 for the ‘garment bag’. Ridiculous. I purchased 2 suits and when I picked them up after the alterations were done they crammed both suits into one garment bag…a real garment bag. We were in line for an hour.. but if was the day before Easter... the store is large and a lot to choose from!
Had to stand in long line of people purchasing to return two items. There's about 15 people in this line�������������handicapped lady and elderly standing for this long is ridiculous!!!! DO BETTER KG
