Karl was an absolutely amazing photographer. His knowledge of areas for my photoshoot was never-ending, and he strived to ensure that I got the exact location I wanted as well as locations he thought I would like. He even went over time to deliver awesome photos in more areas. The photos he took came out absolutely stunning, and he was on time for the appointment. His abundance of experience in photography was noticeable the entire shoot. I have zero complaints!
Ordered two months ago, I order and paid for a few pictures of my kid's graduation. After my order was in pending status for 2 weeks. So, I emailed the photographer. No response. The I waited one week and mailed the photographer again. Still no response. Emailed the next week after that, finally received a one sentence reply that he was 'checking on the status right now'; however I never received futher follow up after that. Karl has been photographing my son & his wife for years, his a fantastic photographer with an amazing eye. My son & his wife were both athletes at Flagstaff High School Class of 2017. Karl began photographing them back in 2014. Karl took their proposal photos, engagement photos, and was our photographer again on their wedding day last month in Flagstaff.
