Bought a wombok yesterday and it’s extremely not ok! Hope they can improve the quality for the produce!
Purchased a pack of gold star 1kg noodle from KFL Wantirna store. Expiry date is 23 Sep 2025. Opened LAST night and It's all full of mould. Today I talked to the store manager , Alan and he refused to either refund of exchange. I believe I have the right to return the mouldy products for refund. Where is the customer service. Selling mouldy goods to customers! If I can give lower, i would give it ZERO star!
