The staff is extremely rude and shady. The moment I entered the staff member started yelling telling me to come inside the massage room in the corner, i politely asked her if she can come to the front desk and tell me what are the charges, durations etc. she started yelling “ you either come in the room or GET OUT RIGHT NOWWW!!!! RIGHT NOW!!!“ i felt unsafe and left.

I walked by the shop a month ago and there was a sign that said they do threading. I called the store today to confirm. The lady said "no" and then hung up on me right away! Very bad service.
