Not impressed with KF Spa. The Chinese lady at the front was arrogant, didn’t give clear info, and acted like it was a problem to answer basic questions. She was rude for no reason, and it felt like she didn’t care if I came in or not. Won’t be going back.
The staff is extremely rude and shady. The moment I entered the staff member started yelling telling me to come inside the massage room in the corner, i politely asked her if she can come to the front desk and tell me what are the charges, durations etc. she started yelling “ you either come in the room or GET OUT RIGHT NOWWW!!!! RIGHT NOW!!!“ i felt unsafe and left.
