These people are sharks to say the least. The type of people who give used car salesmen a bad name. They will lie straight to your face and then lie again to gaslight you. Then they respond to this review with false accusations and more lies. My first 3 rentals with Keyz were great but the good staff are gone and they've been replaced by charletons. If you decide to go with them good luck to you. My new company is great. So honest, friendly and helpful and the prices are better than Keyz. There are heaps of options out there... read more
Great Service, Great cars for selection and amazing customer service
I highly recommend Keyz (Brisbane) if you’re in need of a Rideshare or Rental car. I had the pleasure of driving the Kia EV5 for Rideshare and received nothing but amazing compliments from all of my customers- its such a smooth, quiet, fantastic drive and super comfortable and spacious car! Montanna, David and Scott are really professional, knowledgeable, understanding and lovely to deal with! Thank you all so much!
Always great to deal with keyz rental been renting cars for few years now , they are best in the game highly recommend them . Montanna is always helpful.
Edit: 5 days since return of vehicle in perfect condition. No refund of deposit or money owed from rental as of yet. Text message from company to say $800 return of money is owed. No action taken from company to rectify this. Called a Liar in a reply to this review from a company that cannot even follow through with simple business practices.
