Disgusting behaviour…don’t help at all. From paying £1250 a month to then having to pay £1450. I told them there’s a lot of stuff that’s needs fixing in the property and I was told it comes like that this is how laminated floor should be.. I asked them to provide someone who can clean the garden as I was new in area and a lot of people were asking for deposit but I didn’t know if they would turn up..they turned around and go we can’t provide our people to our tenants. Awful place doesn’t make any repairs leaves children in mould infested properties with lose wires, ceilings falling down and refuses to fix the issue would not recommend
