I have my own tax business, so I can say my first few years was ok . You can never reach anyone when its time to talk to someone. The auditors have made more errors this year 2026 that its very sad. Again if your running a professional business at least pick up the phone instead of emailing and you never email back.

soo unprofessional you never know who you talking to through email and even when you call you still have to fight to know who you are speaking with i filled taxes with them and they held my check for 3 weeks without explanation i had to call IRS to get my check resent to my address because they requested for my check to be sent to them instead the person who name its in and even after i sent them my info they still put in completely wrong

I am satisfied with Keystone Software. I have been using it since 2021. Good software. It can handle basically all types of filing structures. Very good customer services. Appreciated
