I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I recieved here. The staff is not knowledgeable atall, I think they hire people that don't make the cut for H&R Block, they rely entirely on their computer program while having no fundamental understanding of tax code. I had a several thousand dollar mistakes that the prepairer insisted were correct. After losing sleep over a massive tax bill I spent time on the IRS website only to find they were wrong.
