Yesterday I and my Hubby where in here to do our taxes, The worst experience I've ever had with a tax place. She made us pay half way through our taxes being done and before discussing any tax information about the filing, Then after payment she informed us that it was non refundable , also ahead of going over anything on our taxes. She suggested that we lie to the government about why my hubby moved from Ontario to here last year, by say he could claim there was no work in ontario yet we had a t4 that proved he worked up to... read more

I would give 0 starts if I could. I went there to do my tax return not knowing that as newcomer you don't need to do it for the first year. I looked for an accounting agency so they could help me with the process in the most correct way possible. However, they had no idea that I did not even need to do this, and I ended up in a lot of debt. When I contacted them about this newcomer info, they did not even offer any help on changing my tax return.
