We made the mistake of paying Inland Restaurant Supply in full in April 2009. It is now almost September and we still have not recieved all of our equipment! They still have not completed our hood vent system. We were told from the owner that it would take 3-4 days to install the hood vent- it has turned into over a month and a half!
