Keystone has gone above and beyond in caring for my father. They have been very accommodating to our requests and are quick to respond to any concerns. The atmosphere is pleasant and the facilities are nice and clean. Highly recommend!
It is pretty. It has nice activities and good food. The medical staff is pretty heartless though. They couldn’t even be nice to my mom. They had to make her feel like a burden . They won’t give your loved ones pain medication at night . They will let them cry and not give it even if it is prescribed to give every few hours . They will let them cry. I used to work here and even though my adventure here was short lived; I honestly will say it is the finest retirement facility I’ve ever seen. It has a great knowledgeable staff, a fair policy on work ethic a quality control, and some of the best Chef, scratch prepared meals this side of the river. Keystone Place has been a godsend for us. Our family member was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease at age 64. We realized we had to find an alternative living situation for him. Once we toured the facility and had him evaluated. We knew we were in capable hands at Keystone Place. There are so many benefits to this Assisted Living facility.
