Practitioner Im seeing is great. Only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the ymca check in process. You have to join the line and show your id to the desk staff because you need a pass to buzz through the turnstiles. If they are busy setting up memberships for other people this can take forever. Today I spent 10 mins in line. Doesnt sound long but when youre injured it sucks. Not sure how else they can do this but im sure they could figure out something a little more user friendly
Sophia is a top notch gal all around. She is extremely kind, caring and thorough in her plan for you on the road to recovery from tension and pain. I always feel very heard and taken care of every single visit with her. I cannot recommend Keystone enough!
