Seamless process working with Keystone. We were fortunate to work with one of the senior leaders of the firm, Tim Dineen. Very responsive and everything was handled in a timely manner. No "fire drills" which is appreciated during an already tense process of buying and funding a home. Rates were competitive and he alerted us to locking in when they knew rates would soon climb based on Fed and Treasury activity.
As a first time home buyer, Mike & Chuck were helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process. They always had an answer for me when I called.
