Avoid. Greatly underestimated the legal fees I would be liable for. Gave me bad advice and recommended dreadful supposeded building expert who couldn't write a building defect report for for court. The legal cost came to close to 4 times the estimate and then they got pushy when I said I had no funds left saying YOU HAVE TO SEE IT THROUGH NOW.!
