absolutely useless and pointless, Nathan was inept and completely unaware of how Keystones services work. Dont waste your time even calling these people, call someone else! Funny, how no one could explain until I made a review. The misunderstanding is because your employee was inept! I recommend Alert, they will take care of you regardless. great customer service as well. Example of why you have issues, It wasnt MY case, I was calling on behalf of an attorneys client. Attention to detail!
They are VERY understanding and definitely work with you. House arrest is awful but they definitely work with you and my 60 days flew by. I also live a bit aways away and couldn't get the device returned rite away and they we're very understanding. Great people
