I don't always like what Russ has to say, but I know that he has my best interest at heart. It does always make good sense and pays out in the end. I do recommend him to everyone!
Russ is the most phenomenal, amazingly intelligent, kind, respectful, and willing to help agent that I have EVER spoken with!!! I attempted to find health coverage through 8 other agencies in our area and was either never called back or they referred me back to YHI.org with no instruction whatsoever. Russ will be the ONLY agent my husband and I will EVER work with in the future!! Russ, you are a true Idaho Gem!! :)

I wish there were more than 5 stars. Russ and his team are consistently remarkable in every way. For such a busy individual, Russ always takes the time to answer questions quickly and thoroughly. Often, Russ has responded or accomplished requested tasks or follow ups during very early or late hours. Russ goes above and beyond what is strictly necessary. Thank you Russ for everything you do.
Russ has been helping me since 2006. Every time I even have a small question I give him a call. He has always been the one that helps me with my insurance needs. I trust Russ a lot. I feel like he has always been more than fair with me and my family. I feel like he tries to get us the better deal even if it doesn't benefit him.
