Other then the clients This company is not worth working for and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! The management is non existent in the central region and the turnover rate is horrible. The residential home I worked at been through 9 Managers within one year essentially resulting in no management. I enjoy working here with Beacon specialized I've been at my group home over a year. The love and care and support that we serve our individuals each day it's a beautiful company to work for so many options and choices is a chef to have so many opportunities I would recommend this job to anyone.
My experience of Beacon Specialized Living as been an absolute blessing. From day one, the managers and co-workers were respectful, welcoming, and attentive to assisting me in learning the routine and transitioning back to the direct support field. The clients have been an absolute blast to work with, assist on a daily basis, and spend time with doing fun activities.
