- Callback option doesnt work. - Information says I can upload corroborating information, but there was no upload button. - Once you press a button, youre locked from adjusting anything, so i cant edit any income tax statements. - service center operators are generally clueless and out of touch. - I called 6 times over 2 weeks and was on hold for well over an hour each time and only got to a customer rep once. Poor manning, communication and tooling inhibits people from doing the right thing.
Day, four of trying to get a hold of somebody. No answers. No callbacks. Website is awful. Giving me penalties on property taxes that were not late and can’t get a hold of anybody to discuss. If they can’t answer the phone, I’m sure they’re not processing their mail in a timely manner to receive these payments.
Why am I getting a notice for the 2021 tax year in 2024? Not only that but the $20 that I had to pay then has now accumulated interest so I’m paying $111.37 now simply because they did not notify me earlier. I have had multiple issues with this collection group over the years simply because of their lack of communication. I am of the belief that it is more than abhorrent, and it is malicious to extort more money. Shame on Keystone collections and shame on PA for supporting this type of business
This company sends a single communication regarding due taxes via mail. If that single communication is lost in transit you are responsible to pay a late fee that goes directly to this company, even if this company cannot ensure you received the bill. Seems like a scam, setting tax payers up for failure to pay. It’s 2024, start using email. It’s cheaper and much more reliable to deliver time sensitive tax information to tax payers. The guy I spoke to was very rude also. I would give zero stars if I could.
Very convenient for residents. In the police and library building. Very friendly helpful staff.
