Booked a massage with Curtis and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I am a new mother and have had so much pain in my neck and shoulders accompanied with cluster head aches and I finally feel some relief ! The membership program is a great price also, will definitely be back!
Keystone Body Therapies is the place to go for back pain! I had an appointment with Curtis. He went over my concerns also asked about my pressure preference. After my theraputic massage, I felt a TON better!! I had lower back & shoulder ache when I walked in and I feel so much better now. What a difference just one massage done correctly can do! This is not a day spa but if you are in pain and need it to stop this is the place, if you want to stay out of pain this is the place. I have been seeing Mariah for over three years now. She listens to how my body is currently functioning and changes her approach to meet my current needs. I rely on Myofascial release therapy and stretching to keep my low back and hips in working order. I would not keep going if it did not work. I highly recommend Keystone and Mariah specifically. Thank you!
