Great place
Overall this place seems safe and quiet which is ideal for a senior living environment. However, the staff who are in charge leave much to be desired. They may treat some “favored” residents well while others they treat horribly. There needs to be some sort of advocate on staff to mitigate issues regarding staff bullying/verbally abusing the residents. I personally met with Jennifer Pugsley, Property Manager and Michelle Leone, Assistant Manager, and I was shocked and outraged at their unprofessional and unethical behavior. ... read more
Been here for almost 24 years never had problem. Management staff is great and very accommodating always willing to assist w any problem u may have plenty of space to move around nothing small abt these apartments even have separate storage space if needed laundry accommodations on every floor ( except floor 1). Trash removal 3xs a week beautiful gazebos grounds r kept most beautiful of all other locations.
