I was actually trying to take my daughter's mother to court for visitation rights. Not knowing that my son's mother worked for him. It took almost a year for him to get me into court I never met him. He was not very effective nor time efficient. And then before my case was done he traded law firms to Douglas law firm and try to get me to pay a down payment on another lawyer. Tim is an excellent attorney he is very experienced in all different areas of the law he makes you feel welcome he's easy to talk to very understanding and compassionate he's straightforward he doesn't beat around the bush and he is very affordable I would recommend Tim to anybody I would travel over a hundred miles just to have him as my attorney
