Timothy Kaiser is a horrible lawyer I set up a consultation with him and gave him all my case information I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment then when I get to my appointment Timothy Kaiser tells me he won't talk to me because the guy I am suing had talked to him the day before my appointment though I had already set up an appointment with him so he's gone and talked to the person I was going to sue in stead of talking to me a d that I had already set up the appointment with Timothy Kaiser. Wonderful very helpful, we have used him several times.
I was actually trying to take my daughter's mother to court for visitation rights. Not knowing that my son's mother worked for him. It took almost a year for him to get me into court I never met him. He was not very effective nor time efficient. And then before my case was done he traded law firms to Douglas law firm and try to get me to pay a down payment on another lawyer. Tim is an excellent attorney he is very experienced in all different areas of the law he makes you feel welcome he's easy to talk to very understanding and compassionate he's straightforward he doesn't beat around the bush and he is very affordable I would recommend Tim to anybody I would travel over a hundred miles just to have him as my attorney
