The lady (biz owner?) is extremely rude and unhelpful. Look elsewhere.
Their repair cost is the same price as a new chair.
We took our Morris chair to Keys. It needs to have the seat bed rebuilt and to be reupholstered. They quickly decided on the best option for the former. They admit up front that their upholstery fabric selection is limited and suggested we look at other places, which we are doing. I’ll update this later. Thus far, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Family owned.
