I would like to express my gratitude to Manager Rubi at the Stock Island Branch in Key West, FL for her exceptional assistance today. When I encountered difficulties making a payment for a car service in Colombia, SA. Due to a bank approval issues, she promptly resolved the matter, enabling me to make the payment immediately. This is the second occasion on which I have benefited from her efficient support.
I had a terrible experience at Keys Federal Credit Union, which ultimately led me to close my account. I went in to report ACH fraud on my account, and instead of getting help, I was met with complete disrespect from a representative named Ruby. She actually called me a liar to my face and even used air quotes when dismissing my concerns. When I asked if someone could commit fraud using just a member number, she insisted, “They would ask many questions,” as if fraud was nearly impossible.
