Hi Keypoint, i try, try make payments every month as the same hard to make payment, i call every month to try make a payment because even online cant’ access to my account, i call and they accept payment by phone with extra charge, so is a waste time, worse company, i hope switch soon another financial.
I recently applied for and obtained an auto loan after having purchased and financed the car at the dealership. I completed the process entirely remotely and found the loan officer, Rebecca, to be patient knowledgeable and helpful, informing me without my having to ask throughout the process. And they beat out the competition regardless terms. What more could I want? Give them a try for ALL of your banking needs. I have been a Keypoint banking member for 40 years!
I had a few things to do at keypiont. Jenni and Anihai both where very helpful. I like the face to face contact as we work through things. I never felt pressured to sign up for things I did not want. They have great communication via email if you don't have time to go into the branch, but still have questions.
Starting a new account can sometimes be a bit of work, but Jennifer O. made it a pleasure. She was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions with a smile. Great service at the Santa Clara branch! Thank you Jennifer.
