To Whom It May Concern: I have been very unhappy with the service at this particular Keypoint branch. Recently I went in and got the typical run around, however, Alex Montiel was very accommodating as he has been in the past. I am handicapped using a cane/walker and standing at an ATM machine to make a deposit is very difficult for me. Alex went out of his way to assist me with this. Thank you Alex.
