This bank can not promise you access to your money – So this weekend really finished me off with KeyPoint Credit Union. As I type this it is Saturday 8/9/2008 their online banking system is completely down. :( I have no access to my money nor to my account balance. Mind-boggling policies and poor customer service. Next please? – Keypoint used to be a great credit union when they were known as AEA, but over time, as they've gotten bigger, they've started to become more distant from their customers. From obtuse phone trees, long hold times, and by making it very difficult to get things basic business done (like re-ordering debit cards and checks), they've made it inconvenient to bank with them.
