I have been trying to contact Josh for 5 days and he has ghosted me. And if he wants to say there’s “no record of me being a client there” I have provided a screen shot of an email from them as a receipt of the fact that I paid them $4000 and was actively involved with their services. My complaint is not even with the service, they were able to get a few things removed from my credit report. My complaint is that there has been zero communication from them. I have signed up for my credit repair process 8months ago with Josh. At first the process seemed to be moving in the correct direction but after a 6months I’ve lost contact with him. My credit is still in the same place as it was the day I started. The processed seemed legit, I would get letters of dispute sent out on my behalf and had been told not to worry about debt collection while in the process disputing my credit.
