I have been trying to contact Josh for 5 days and he has ghosted me. And if he wants to say there’s “no record of me being a client there” I have provided a screen shot of an email from them as a receipt of the fact that I paid them $4000 and was actively involved with their services. My complaint is not even with the service, they were able to get a few things removed from my credit report. My complaint is that there has been zero communication from them.
