I have been getting massages from Amy for several years. She always starts our session with a discussion of what is going on with my body, what is hurting, what needs special attention and how she can help. I prefer a deep tissue massage, which she provides without overdoing it. Our sessions our usually at least 60 minutes and she offers a discount on packages. Her studio is conveniently located in Bell Rock Plaza in the VOC.
Massage with Amy has always been very good. After several golf tee times, my should muscles are usually tight and all appears to be good after her massage. Amy takes excellent notes prior to any of my massages and that helps for my overall health.
Amy is a true professional. Besides offering several massage types, it is her calm, pleasant, positive demeanor that is a real plus. Prior to starting each service, she asks if there is any special area that requires attention. Needless to say, I highly recommend Amy for massage services!
Amy is simply the best massage therapist around. She's highly skilled, intuitive and kind. Originally recommended by a Physical Therapist, her focused work helped me heal an injury more quickly. In the years since, Amy's been a constant partner in therapeutics as I teach fitness and stay active. I recommend her to clients and friends...you won't be disappointed.
