The training was ok but the way they run this business is a little weird. First they misrepresented the amount of time the training would take which caused scheduling issues for our employees. Second, the trainer came with no battery charger for her laptop yet insisted we quickly enter our information before it died instead of just giving us a piece of paper. She brought her child which was fine except she was a distraction playing on her tablet and she ate A LOT of the pizza we provided for our employees. They never sent my... read more
