We spoke with Mr. Keyes for advice on a compliated family member medical insurance issue. Mr. Keyes was very informative. He indicated that we should contract an attorney but suggested that we use one in the same county where the family member is hospitalized. We appreciated his candor about why it might be better to use a law firm other than his.
