I’ve only been to Keyboard Connection four times, and unfortunately, each visit has been a frustrating experience due to the lackluster customer service. As someone who genuinely appreciates music stores and values knowledgeable, attentive staff, I was hoping for a much more welcoming and helpful experience especially since purchasing a piano is a significant decision for any musician.
