Excellent customer service from start to finish provided by Joey. Very knowledgeable staff who always responded quickly to my questions. The shipping box had some damage, making me question whether I should accept the delivery. Fortunately, I had watched an unboxing video which helped me determine that the damage was on the side that mainly contained packing material. I'm sure Faust would have handled the situation perfectly had I refused the delivery, but I needed the piano immediately for a special occasion gift!
