A few months ago I decided to try Hypnosis I did a search for Hypnosis centers in my area and came across several. One stood out to me, Keybi Hypnosis. I recently had a hypnosis session here to address my ongoing insomnia and general difficulty relaxing and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience . That night , I fell asleep faster than usual and stayed asleep longer . The days following have been the same . I know these issues don’t resolve overnight but this session was a valuable first step. I would recommend hypnosis with Mikki to anyone struggling with sleep issues.

I had a great experience with Mikki at Keybi Hypnosis. Mikki explained everything on how it works and made me feel relaxed. Mikki is very personable and very easy to talk to. I utilized the web page to request a consultation with Mikki. She replied quickly and after our discussion, felt she was the right hypnotist to go with. I spoke with two hypnotist overall and had a feeling Keybi Hypnosis was right for me, even though she is 100 miles away. I have had the have had the most profound experience with Mikki, and sound and light therapy. With her sound/light bed and guidance, I've been able to heal my nervous system, process grief, and greatly reduce my anxiety.
