Carlton and Allison at the Park center branch in Boise were amazing. We got to the bank right before closing. They stayed a half after closing just to open 2 new accounts for us. The customer service is awesome.
Received a wire from my Mom through Wells Fargo. I asked for a money order so I could quickly get it to my attorney. The manager refused and the person who was helping me. Wasted my time. I plan to close my accounts and transfer all of my banking to ICCU.
Why can’t you guys keep your ATM machine (the only one you offer) clean outside? It’s so disgusting. Take a cleaning wipe and wipe the screen and the keyboard daily. It’s not that hard. Have some respect for where you work. I hate coming here because their equipment is always so filthy. There’s some type of goo all down their ATM machine screen that’s been there for months and you have to use the screen to use the ATM! Clean your equipment! Nasty and gross!
