What a colossal waste of time….!!! I’m guessing with all of the new calendars and fireworks that Key Bank had some idea that 2026 was coming and that they’d need new 2026 stamps. But they didn’t and after the 20 minutes it took them to figure that out they told us to go sit in the chairs to wait our turn for the only person with a 2026 stamp. 30 + yrs banking with the Parkcenter branch even though we also bank with ICCU right across the street I could never bring myself to completely transfer everything! Needless to say they’ve lost a loyal 30 yr customer all due to their insensitive greed! I never thought I’d leave the KeyBank Parkcenter branch! Very unfortunate what has happened to THIS banking community but moreover the decency of mankind during these trying times! Truly disheartened with the lack of so called “customer service” received.
