I'm really saddened by some of the comments that I have read here, because my personal experience with Key bank has been Really Great. From every Teller to the Bank manager.. in fact The current Manager i remember her from when she start some years back on a loan I received. The Management before her was gd as well. Also anytime i have been in line to do banking I have only seen tellers, Associates be Nothing but kind and Courtesy to Everyone they have helped . You have one teller that has an attitude. So much so that my son moved his account to Franklin Savings. I will be doing the same. The other teller Caroline (I believe that is her name) is a peach. Very nice lady. Was there when I started. The other wasn't there in the beginning. I hate going there.
Most disrespectful employees that I have ever experienced in a bank in my life! Stay away from rumford branch!!
