So the place is clean and empty looking, and that's because you really can't get any service here. If you go in they basically tell you to just call their phone numbers or use the website. About the only service they want from you is to sign up for new accounts or loans. Anything else they try and force you to do yourself. The staffs are always nice and friendly and they greet you and acknowledge you the moment you walk in the door so you don't feel ignored. Especially shout out to the banker Harleen, who is always helpful and go out of way to assist. Thank you again for providing superb and excellent customer service! They set an example and the bar for the banking industry!
