RUN! This is a con place they lure you in. I opened an account promised a promotion in 90 days you get $500 Its all lies a Fraud I reported them to BBB as well. I have proof of all statements to show I should have recieved was I was promised. I even closed my old account with another bank because I was told by an employee their I will get my promotion of $500 for opening an account. Making people feel like they are appreciated is what Luis does. It is difficult to find people that actually care about customers nowadays but this man is the exception. I would like to thank him for his genuine concern and making me feel like I matter.

I’ve banked with KeyBank for a long time This will be the second time that this location drive through ATM has taken my card and not giving it back during a deposit in the drive through the Second time. It also didn’t put my money in my account. So now only did they take a whole day to put the money back in my account. I still haven’t received a card or anything. It’s the first of the month.
