I’ve banked with KeyBank for a long time This will be the second time that this location drive through ATM has taken my card and not giving it back during a deposit in the drive through the Second time. It also didn’t put my money in my account. So now only did they take a whole day to put the money back in my account. I still haven’t received a card or anything. It’s the first of the month. I have keybank account 11 years I go today deposit I give my ID she say she need Social Security she is the young girl. See you always have a problem with. Me this location and I almost 5 years Customer I know what she talking is rude I thought I don’t have social security She is still need that number. I don’t know why. If you have ID. Every Key Bank location there agree but this location only needs please fix the manager this problem really forget Social Security number
