I want to start by saying the team members at KeyBank are kind and polite. However, my overall experience with this branch has been extremely frustrating. On my most recent visit, there were two bankers available, yet instead of directly assisting, the teller had to message one of them who was sitting just a few feet away. After waiting, I was told they couldn’t help and would need to refer me elsewhere. This lack of communication and coordination felt very inefficient.
