Here recently KeyBank put a restriction on my account do to an individual sending a 100$ through zelle using an old phone number. For the last 7 days because of this incident they have lied to me 4 times and have gotten called a fraud. They have prevented me from my money causing me not to beable to pay my bills, have gone without eating and having gas in my truck for the last 7 days. Love this bank! They have always been kind understanding and helpful when I use them daily for work. The individuals that have been there for a while are great as well as some of the most recent people I’ve interacted with! I hope this banks gets recognized for their quality team members!
