The local Attica Branch is extremely difficult to work with. You are not treated as a local neighbor doing business in your local bank. All you are is a number! Don’t waste your time banking local as it’s not a friendly bunch. Branch manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and goes out of her way to upset the customer living & banking in the neighborhood. AMAZING customer service, always helpful. Can't say enough good things about this staff.
I am 83 years of age and do not get to the bank often as my son is handling all my finances online. I usually go to Key in Attica to withdraw money from my checking account to replenish my cash on hand. All other account handling is by my son for me. I have had two very positive visits recently and was super impressed with the professional demeanor and consideration for the customers by all of the employees.
