I've been through 24 years of mergers/acquisitions to what is now Key Bank. I've never once had a negative experience with this group. Every branch visit is positive and quick. Anyone I speak to, whether it is at the branch or customer service over the phone, is polite, respectful, and very helpful. Plus, they have not outsourced customer service to India yet, which is another huge plus. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

Super friendly staff.
