My husband and I walked into Key Bank with an issue that we were told could not be resolved (at another location). Yarmouth Key Bank (specifically Rochelle) seamlessly took care of the issue with professionalism, determination, and went above and beyond to resolve our concerns. I am so grateful for the service that they provided us with!!!
Well.. apparently if I am cashing my payroll check, it is too complex for Terry to put part of my check into checking and the rest into my savings.. my Key Banks in Lewiston and Auburn have been doing it for me for the last 5+ years.. Terry couldn't be bothered. I will keep my business in Lewiston/Auburn.. EDIT: (To the teller next to Terry, thank you for doing this for me 2 weeks ago, I changed my star rating because of you)
