I had a great experience with this branch and Norman Jones, his position is Private Client Banker, he works at the East Windsor branch and was helping out in Enfield. For more than a week Norman was assisting me with my situation, he truly went above and beyond!! He is the nicest, very experienced, knowledgeable professional young man. I don't know if he remembers, but he also helped me in 2023 amd 2024 before my 2 trips overseas. I highly recommend Norman! Thank you so much!!
Makes so much sense
Lousy bank and customer service . Every time I call with questions they don’t know anything , EVER! Jennifer the teller doesn’t have any customer service skills. News flash if customer service is not your strongest suit then don’t get into a field where you have to deal with customers . Their protocols and guidelines as far as spending limits , pending charges that don’t always clear in a timely manner are an inconvenience. I will be switching as soon as I can . Not helpful when going to pay off a debt they make us schedule an appt that now we have to leave work early to attend. Why cant a bank teller help with banking? DO NOT RECOMMEND. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
