Ive been with key bank since they took over first Niagara. Easily one of the worst banking experiences you can go through, especially this branch. It gets worse every year. Stay far away, literally go anywhere else
I had a great experience with this branch and Norman Jones, his position is Private Client Banker, he works at the East Windsor branch and was helping out in Enfield. For more than a week Norman was assisting me with my situation, he truly went above and beyond!! He is the nicest, very experienced, knowledgeable professional young man. I don't know if he remembers, but he also helped me in 2023 amd 2024 before my 2 trips overseas. I highly recommend Norman! Thank you so much!!
Makes so much sense
Lousy bank and customer service . Every time I call with questions they don’t know anything , EVER! Jennifer the teller doesn’t have any customer service skills. News flash if customer service is not your strongest suit then don’t get into a field where you have to deal with customers . Their protocols and guidelines as far as spending limits , pending charges that don’t always clear in a timely manner are an inconvenience. I will be switching as soon as I can .
